Shipping Terms

  1. We will deliver the products to the shipping address specified in your order.

  2. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date at the time of order placement or in the confirmation email. The usual delivery time is between 5 to 23 business days from the date we accept the order, but we cannot provide a fixed delivery date.

  3. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, or expenses arising from delivery delays.

  4. A signature may be required upon delivery. Please check that the product is free of visible faults, defects, or damage before signing, and retain the delivery receipt for future reference.

  5. You will assume responsibility for the products once delivery has been completed, except in cases where shipping is delayed due to your failure to meet your obligations. In such cases, responsibility will pass at the moment delivery would have taken place had there been no breach. Once the risk is transferred, we are not liable for any loss or destruction of the products.

  6. Please ensure not to damage the contents of the package when opening it, especially if using sharp tools.

  7. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the shipping carrier will contact you with instructions for redelivery.

  8. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products are sufficient and appropriate for your needs. We ensure that the distributed products match the specifications provided by the manufacturer, but we cannot guarantee that they will meet your individual objectives. Please be aware that the products are standard, not custom-made, and are not designed to meet your specific personal needs.
