Returns and Exchanges

  • You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the last item.

  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at hl.17.info@gmail.com.

  • In the event of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
    We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

  • We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

We will not issue a refund if the return does not meet the following conditions:

  1. The product must not have been used.

  2. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent. If the original packaging is not available, it must be replaced with similar dimensions and protection.

  3. The product must be delivered to our warehouse within 15 days.

  4. The shipping cost of the return will be paid by the customer.

  5. The refund will always be made using the original payment method.

  6. Under no circumstances do we accept returns sent with cash on delivery (COD).
