Before shipping, we may make minor adjustments to the product’s color, material, weight, dimensions, design, or other characteristics, as reasonably necessary.

We do everything in our power to deliver products in optimal condition. However, if you receive a product that you believe is defective, you must keep it in its current condition so that we (or our agent) can inspect it within a reasonable period. If the product is found to be defective, the seller will proceed, as appropriate, with the repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract. These actions will be free of charge for the consumer.
The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that appears within two years of delivery. Starting from the sixth month, the customer must prove that the defect is due to a manufacturing issue and not caused by use (Article 123.2 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users).
The consumer must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it. This clause will be applied in consideration of the nature of the goods sold. -
In order to provide a resolution for the defective product, we may require your cooperation and ask you to promptly provide the following product-related information:

A reasonably detailed description of the defect or damage, possibly accompanied by photographs.

The delivery note number and any other relevant information that may be useful.

If, under the terms of the contract, you wish for us to repair, replace, or refund the product, you must ensure that the product:

Has not been used improperly or negligently, handled carelessly, or exposed to abnormal or harmful conditions.

Has not been involved in any accidents or damaged through unauthorized repair or modification attempts.

Has not been used contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.

Has not deteriorated due to normal wear and tear after receipt.

If the product does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right not to repair, replace, or refund the item, and we may charge you the full cost of transport and inspection according to current standard rates. These charges may be applied to your credit/debit card or the original payment method used at checkout.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, liability, cost, damage, or expense resulting from this process.
